A paragraph
is a group of sentences about one idea. Readers call the idea the
title. All the sentences in a paragraph talk about the title.
The title tells what the
paragraph is about. You can guess what happen in the
paragraph before reading
by looking at the title of it first. For examples, the title My Rabbit
will tell you everything about the rabbit and the title The Fruits I Like
will tell you about my favorite fruits. So before the writer writes a
paragraph, he or she has to think of the title first. After he or she finds a suitable
title, he or she has to write some sentences to talk about it. Now can you
think of a title and write few sentences to describe it?
Tips: Writing a paragraph
- Think about the title
- Think of few sentences to describe it.
- Write the title and the sentences below it. Look at figure 1 for help.
